I spent YEARS consuming personal development books. And while they were helpful, I struggled to know how to apply what I was learning. I would try the techniques out, but didn't really know if they were working or not. And ultimately they didn't work...because I wasn't achieving my goals!

This means that you do not need to know exactly what you want coaching around each week (as most coaching programs require). In addition to the powerful coaching sessions, you will be able to text and voice message me via the app voxer. You do not need to hang high and dry between coaching sessions! You are bound to have further questions and resistance show up as you apply what you are learning each week. Further, his is my own methodology! While I am a dual-certified life coach, you will not see me regurgitating other life coaches processes. Everything I bring to you was created through my own research and experimentation. Of course many of the principals are the same because they work and everything is based upon Universal Truths!
